  • Tiffany Chi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English Language from the University of British Columbia, and has over a decade of experience in Canadian immigration law and policy.
  • Prior to her current consulting work, she was previously employed with the Canada Border Services Agency, carrying out enforcement duties at a Port of Entry in Canada. Throughout her career, she has specialized in various aspects of immigration, including corporate and economic immigration, family class applications, and inadmissibility matters.
  • Her extensive knowledge of immigration policies and regulation, coupled with her strong analytical skills, enables her to navigate complex cases and provide tailored solutions for her clients.
  • Tiffany is also licensed to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), allowing her to advocate on behalf of individuals experiencing refusals of certain immigration decisions or removal from Canada.

In addition to her consulting work, Tiffany is also an educator in immigration law and policy, and a frequent speaker on industry panels, conferences, and seminars.

  • Tiffany began teaching immigration law at the University of British Columbia’s Certificate in Immigration Law and Policy Program in 2016, becoming a course developer in 2017.
  • Since 2021, she has been a course developer, Coordinating Instructor and Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program offered by the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University.
