Joe Kenney
Joe Kenney has over 30 years of experience in the field of immigration.
He is currently an Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law offered by the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. He has also served as a Consultant Director for the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) and was previously a part-time instructor delivering immigration consulting programs for the University of British Columbia and Ashton College.
Before founding J. Kenney Consulting, Mr. Kenney held leadership positions within the Immigration Division of the British Columbia government, serving as the Director of Economic Immigration Programs and the Manager of the BC Provincial Nominee Program. Prior to that, Mr. Kenney worked as a Senior Consultant in one of Canada’s largest immigration consulting firms and served as National Vice-President of the Association of Immigration Counsel of Canada.

Tiffany Chi
Tiffany is a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Tiffany Chi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English Language from the University of British Columbia, and has over a decade of experience in Canadian immigration law and policy. Throughout her career, she has specialized in various aspects of immigration, including corporate and economic immigration, family class applications, and inadmissibility matters.
Her extensive knowledge of immigration policies and regulation, coupled with her strong analytical skills, enables her to navigate complex cases and provide tailored solutions for her clients. Tiffany is also licensed to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), allowing her to advocate on behalf of individuals experiencing refusals of certain immigration decisions or removal from Canada.
She is also a Coordinating Instructor and Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program offered by the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University.

Minako Watanabe
Minako Watanabe specializes in serving the Japanese-speaking clientele of J. Kenney Consulting.
For over two decades, she has been assisting clients in dealing with the complexities of the Canadian immigration process.
Ms. Watanabe is well known within the Vancouver-area Japanese community as someone who provides quality assistance and is always available to meet clients at times most convenient to them.

Haiyan (Maggie) Wu
Maggie specializes in serving the Chinese-speaking clientele of J. Kenney Consulting.
Ms. Wu is a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures.
Before entering the immigration consulting field, Ms. Wu worked for nearly a decade in the media industry in both China and Canada.
She is fluent in Mandarin and English and able to use her thorough understanding of Canadian immigration policies and processes to ensure that J. Kenney Consulting’s clients reach their goals.

Sachiko Kawamura
Sachiko provides bookkeeping and accounting services for J. Kenney Consulting, and assists in servicing our Japanese-speaking clientele. She has over 20 years of professional experience as a Certified Tax Accountant across Japan and Canada.
Sachiko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan. She is also a graduate of the International Trade and Business Development Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Sachiko speaks both English and Japanese.

Delia Gao
Delia is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) as well as an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Delia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia. Her immigration practice focuses on applications under federal and provincial economic classes, family class, temporary residence class, and citizenship.
In addition to her work in the immigration field, Delia also has years of volunteering experience with local non-profit organizations and community support groups that promote settlement services for new immigrants. Delia speaks English and Mandarin.

Johana Caligiuri
Johana Caligiuri is a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and she specializes in serving the Spanish-speaking clientele of J. Kenney Consulting.
Johana holds a Canadian Immigration Consulting Diploma from CDI College in British Columbia. She is also a graduate of Cornerstone International Community College’s Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Before entering the immigration field, Johana worked as a manager in a fine dining restaurant, providing high-quality experiences to clientele.
Johana is focusing her immigration practice on applications under federal and provincial economic classes, family class and temporary residence class. She speaks English and Spanish.

Simon Nantais
Simon has a Master’s degree in History from the University of Ottawa and a Ph.D. in Japanese history from the University of Victoria.
Simon was a university instructor at post-secondary institutions across Vancouver, including UBC and Simon Fraser University, where he taught mostly on Asian culture and society. Simon speaks English, French, and Japanese.

Greg Fowler
